What EdgeShield is built on

The Ikat agent is a derivative of open-source software, rebranded and pointed at your own EdgeShield server. This page is the attribution those licences require, and it is here for a second reason: you can check for yourself what protects your traffic.

Why this page matters to you

The cryptography that keeps your traffic private is not something we invented and asked you to trust. It is WireGuard and the client stack built on it — code that has been public, audited and attacked in the open for years. If we had written our own, you would have to take our word for it. You do not.

What NovaStack builds is everything around it: the per-customer control servers, the isolation between organisations, the console, the audit trail, and the Malaysian hosting.
